Payments are due within 14 days of invoice unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur interest and collection fees as permitted by Dutch law.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• For project-based services: Written notice of cancellation is required at least 5 working days in advance.

• For training sessions: Cancellations within 72 hours may be subject to a fee.

• Refunds or partial reimbursements will only be issued at our discretion and where applicable by law.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information necessary to perform services

• Cooperate during service execution

• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials or documentation received

RK Engineering is not responsible for delays or issues caused by insufficient client cooperation.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, service materials, reports, and documentation are the intellectual property of RK Engineering and Consulting, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

RK Engineering and Consulting is not liable for:
